Growing up, I watched my parents return home each day from hard physical labor, exhausted and in pain. To ease their suffering, I would massage their legs and backs — stepping gently, pressing where it hurt, helping them feel just a little better so they could rise and work again the next day. I hated seeing them rely on painkillers, knowing the long-term damage they could do. I wanted to offer them — and others — something more natural, more healing. Later, working long hours at a desk job, I began to experience my own pain: headaches, dizziness, and physical fatigue that medicine couldn’t fix. A doctor recommended massage therapy. After just a few weeks of regular sessions, combined with movement and healthier habits, my body felt renewed — and my mind did too. That experience changed my life, and it inspired me to help others the same way. At Therapeutic Express, our mission is to relieve physical pain, restore energy, and support mental wellness — naturally.
